FAQ
Can using BATKEY get my game account banned?
BATKEY does not modify the game and has no cheat features; it only turns your mouse and keys into touches. Still, whether mouse and keyboard play is allowed is up to the publisher. Read the game’s terms before you use it.
Do I need an account?
No. The free version works right away, no sign-up. You only need an account to try or unlock Pro.
Which devices work?
With a hub: an Android 10 or later phone. On a computer: Android 13 or later and Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). BATKEY does not run on iPhone or iPad.
Do I need root?
No. The first time, the app walks you through it step by step. You only do it once.
What is in Pro, and where do I buy a code?
Pro features will be announced later. Buy a BATK-… code from a BATKEY reseller and enter it on the Account page; each extra code adds to your time. New accounts get a 3-day Pro trial.
How many devices can one Pro account use?
1 computer and 1 phone. To switch devices, sign out the old one on the Account page; switches within 30 days are limited.
What do I get for inviting friends?
When a friend uses your referral code and buys Pro, you get 10% of the days they bought.
Which games are supported?
Free Fire and Free Fire MAX. Other games may come later.
